Art
I respect and admire artists, especially visual artists. I have very minimal to nonexistent gifts in that area, so it's beyond me. Create on! :)

God is dynamic
...and moving my heart. I've been the recipient of many miracles, large, medium, and small and I can't even express properly how blessed and grateful I am.

Sisyphus
For some reason, I've lately been feeling increasingly able to identify with the Apostle Paul's venting about not wanting to do what he wanted to do, and wanting to do what he didn't want to do. It's bizarre.

My wife
My wife is so great. Whether we're cozy on the couch, laughing with the kids, or on a romantic date, she can always reach me. She's the bomb! I love you, darling.
They Might Be Giants
In addition to having an upbeat and quirky style that freely employs accordion and the drum machine for their earlier work, these guys are brilliant lyricists. Check these out, from the song, "Dead" off of the album, "Flood":
I will never say the word, 'Procrastinate' again
I'll never see myself in the mirror with my eyes closed
Now it's over I'm dead and I haven't done anything that I want
Or I'm still alive and there's nothing I want to do
And these, from "James K. Polk" off of the album "Factory Showroom":
The factions soon agreed
He's just the man we need
To bring about victory
Fulfill our manifest destiny
And when the votes were cast, the winner was...
Mr. James K. Polk, our 11th President
Young hickory, Napoleon of the stump
I will never say the word, 'Procrastinate' again
I'll never see myself in the mirror with my eyes closed
Now it's over I'm dead and I haven't done anything that I want
Or I'm still alive and there's nothing I want to do

It's organic
I used to think that organic produce was elitist and unnecessary. I then became quite well educated about the topic and, heck, they found pesticides in breast milk, for heaven's sake! So now I buy organic for the family when possible and practicable, and we definitely try to avoid foods that contain for chemical additives than the actual food itself.

moderation
Why go all out and hit the extremes? The middle path, compatriots. That's what it's all about. Well, maybe not all but how about reasonably substantially.
The advent of medium
Hi all!
Any medium sized thoughts? I'll posit one - the crunching of autumnal leaves underfoot.
